- Master terms for the Sentry SaaS Service (and Codecov) for customers without a separate written agreement. Version 3.0.0 dated February 12, 2024: permitted use and restrictions (section 2), data (section 4), suspension, commercial terms including On Demand Usage, renewal and cancellation (section 9), reseller purchases and definitions.

- On Demand Usage above the Scope of Use is billed monthly in arrears
- Subscription Terms renew automatically and renewal fees follow current rates
- Cancellation must be made in account settings and takes effect at term end
- Downgrades take effect at term end with no refunds
- Invoices are due within 30 days and fees are non-refundable
- Sentry may suspend access for accounts 30 days overdue
- Sentry measures usage itself; Usage Data includes monthly quota information
- A separate written agreement displaces the click-through Terms
- Protected health information requires an eligible plan and a BAA
- No-Charge Products are limited to the designated period or 30 days
- Assignment is allowed in a change of control
- Changes to the Terms apply at renewal or at a new Order
- Reseller order details govern Scope of Use and fees
- Each party's liability is capped at amounts paid or payable in the prior 12 months
- Personal data may be submitted only under a signed or accepted DPA
- California law governs and the venue is San Francisco
