- Orders renew for twelve months unless notice is given 30 days before the end
- Customers cannot cancel an Order before its Term ends
- Precisely may verify compliance once a year on ten days' notice
- Hosted software telemetry may be used to bill usage-based fees
- On termination the customer deletes all on-premises copies
- Hosted customer data can be downloaded for 14 days after termination
- HIPAA and payment card data are prohibited in hosted software without a BAA
