- Master agreement for all Postman Services bought Self-Serve or Sales-Assisted, directly or through a Reseller: s.2 definitions (Authorized User, Free/Monthly/Annual/Enterprise Plan, Usage Limits, User Account); s.3 subscription model and Product Terms; s.5 rights granted, Software use, verification, account rules; s.6 cancellation, downgrade and renewal; s.7 fees, Additional Users, Overages and Auto-Flex, Usage-Based Billing; s.16 precedence and assignment; s.17 Enterprise Plan overrides. Effective Date June 8, 2026.

- Services are licensed on a subscription model, not sold
- Right to use ends with the Subscription Term
- Delete downloaded Software within 30 days after the term
- Written confirmation of compliance on request
- One person per login, at most three computers at a time
- No shared logins or time-sharing
- Accounts must be created by humans, not bots or AI agents
- A Fee is charged for each User; added Users co-terminate
- Usage above the Order is an Overage that may be charged
- With pay-as-you-go off, the Feature pauses at the monthly limit
- Usage-Based Billing is invoiced monthly in arrears
- Renewal fees may rise by the greater of 5% or CPI-U (non-Enterprise)
- Discounts are not guaranteed past the Initial Term
- Enterprise renewal fees may be increased on 60 days' notice
- Downgrades at renewal need 30 days' notice
- Sales-Assisted Annual Plans auto-renew for one year
- Late renewal may cost a 10% reinstatement fee
- Sales-Assisted Annual Plans are non-cancelable and non-refundable
- Expired paid plans convert to individual Free accounts
- Billing errors must be raised within 10 days
- Reseller purchases: Postman may suspend if the Reseller does not pay
- Order prevails over Product Terms, which prevail over the ToS
- Rights cannot be assigned without Postman approval
- User Accounts are personal and non-transferable
- Enterprise Annual Plans may cover Affiliates' employees
