- Feature-specific terms that override the Terms of Service: AI Terms consent, Agent Mode and AI credits, Fabric Gateway, Flows credits, Insights units, Monitoring requests, Self-Managed Solutions, integrations and MCP servers, Simple Security, Advanced Security Administration, regional hosting, Trial Offerings, Beta terms and Sandbox instances. Effective Date August 28, 2026.
