- Trial licences are for internal use in a non-production environment
- Usage over a Limit is dropped or charged as overage under the Rate Plan
- Orders and fees are non-cancelable and Limits cannot be reduced during the Usage Term
- Perpetual licences and Support are invoiced in advance; subscriptions monthly in arrears
- A Usage Term renews automatically for one year unless 60 days notice is given
- Support is not owed beyond the published end of life date
- A10 may use de-identified aggregated Statistical Data and Usage Information
