Termination other than for Workday breach leaves all future Order Form amounts payable

- UMSA Americas Clause 9: termination for any reason other than uncured material breach by Workday (or as otherwise stated in the Agreement) does not relieve Customer of the obligation to pay all future amounts due under all Order Forms. On termination for Workday breach, Workday refunds prepaid fees for the affected Service after the termination date.
