- Flat Rate CDN is not eligible for bulk file distribution, large-scale media delivery that is a majority of bandwidth, use of the CDN as storage or file hosting, or high-volume transfer as the primary function. Vercel may move projects to Flex CDN, require another plan or limit service. (effective 2026-09-14)
