- GPA s.2.1 limits use to Internal Business Use in accordance with the Documentation, and s.2.3 prohibits sublicensing, resale, rental or transfer of any Product to a third party and use of a Product to provide services to third parties, including as a paid or unpaid service bureau or on a time-share basis. Trend Competitors may not use Trend Products.
