- GPA s.3.10(d): the Company must correct non-compliance and remit underpaid amounts, Trend may disclose audit results to the Reseller or Marketplace Provider, and if unlicensed or excess use exceeds 10% of the actual Capacity or licensed use in aggregate, the Company reimburses Trend's reasonable audit costs.
