Excerpt: If a verification process or other information available to SUSE reveals that You have not complied with Your obligations under the Subscription Terms and Product Appendices at any time and this has resulted in a shortfall in required Subscriptions, You will, within 30 days, purchase sufficient Subscriptions to cover any shortfall at then-current full list price, without benefit of discount, together with late-payment interest calculated at 8% per annum or, if lower, the maximum lawful rate under the governing law, for the period of the shortfall.
