- EUT s.11.8: where tracking of the Use Level is not possible, Sophos may audit. The customer must keep records and self-certify aggregate usage on request. Sophos bears audit costs unless underpayment exceeds 5% of fees due, in which case the customer buys the Entitlement, pays for past excess usage and reimburses reasonable audit costs.
