- EULA s.13.12: the licensee must keep and provide on request the records needed to demonstrate compliance and, on written request, an affidavit of usage and installation. SolarWinds may, on reasonable written notice, audit relevant facilities and records during business hours; if licensed Software is in excess of the purchased Software, SolarWinds invoices the underpayment. The licensee may instead authorise electronic access to audit use.
