- Software as a Service Agreement s.6.1: some Services can be expanded in-product (treated as an Order), some allow exceeding licensed parameters with overages paid in arrears, and exceeding the licence or use capacity in the Order Form, including AI Tools, leads to additional fees on a later invoice. s.5.1 renews the Term automatically unless the Order says otherwise.
