- On-Premises Product Specific Terms, section B: updates to certain on-premises software may enable SaaS functionality; before using it the customer must accept the SaaS Supplement, which applies notwithstanding EULA terms disclaiming click-through terms, and the SaaS features may not be used without accepting it.
