- EULA s.10.2 and s.10.3: on termination or expiration of the Agreement or Order the licensee must uninstall and cease all use of the Software and destroy or return all copies; Fees accrued through the end of the current Term remain payable and no refund is given. Fees are also non-cancellable and non-refundable under s.4.1.
