- EULA s.10.1.1: the License Term starts on delivery and runs for the period in the Order; unless the Order says otherwise the licensee authorises automatic renewal at SolarWinds' rates, for a Renewal Term of the same length unless SolarWinds specifies otherwise. s.10.1.2: auto-renewal can be prevented with 90 days' prior written notice before the end of the current License Term.
