- EULA s.2.3: evaluation, beta and No-Fee Licenses may be used only during the permitted evaluation period and solely for internal evaluation (or MSP demonstrations) before purchase; production use of a No-Fee License is at the licensee's risk, and the software is provided as is without support, warranty or indemnity. Term-limited No-Fee Licenses end at the end of the evaluation period or on notice from SolarWinds.
