- EULA s.2.1: on payment of the Fees and subject to continuous compliance, SolarWinds grants a limited, worldwide, nonexclusive, nontransferable licence to use the Software for the License Term in the Order, solely for the licensee's own internal business purposes or, for an MSP, solely on behalf of its Clients. Affiliates may use the licence and the licensee is responsible for their compliance.
