Converting perpetual products to subscription terminates the perpetual licences

- On-Premises Product Specific Terms, section A: the subscription licences replace the legacy products; Prior Licenses are terminated, converted into and superseded by the subscription licences on the Order Form; new keys are issued, and the Prior Licenses must be deactivated and uninstalled within a commercially reasonable time after the new keys are activated. The perpetual right to keep running the old version is therefore given up on conversion.
