- Subscription Commercial Specific Terms: notwithstanding the EULA, a committed Subscription Term License paid annually can be terminated with at least 90 days' written notice before the end of the current annual period; termination applies only to later annual periods, and the licensee remains responsible for the current year and for 20% of the balance of Fees for the rest of the committed term. Prepaid multi-year terms remain payable in full with no refund.
