- Snowflake Terms of Service (last updated 2026-04-16) Section 1.4: the customer may not sell, rent, lease, license, distribute, provide access to or sublicense the Snowflake Technology to a third party, or use it in a service bureau or outsourcing offering, except through Service features expressly intended to give third parties access to Customer Data or as set out in an SOW; and may not use it to provide, or incorporate it into, a substantially similar cloud-based service for a third party.
