- Snowflake AI Terms (last updated 2025-12-20) Section 3: Snowflake uses AI Data only in aggregated and anonymized form to develop or improve its products, will not use Customer Data or Usage Data (including Inputs and Outputs) to train, re-train or fine-tune any Model that Snowflake makes available to other parties, and makes Model Customizations available only to the customer. Section 4 extends Snowflake's IP indemnity to Outputs, subject to exclusions.
