- If the Sales Order states no term the subscription lasts one year; each Subscription Period renews for one-year terms unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before expiry; unless the Sales Order says otherwise, fees for each Product subscription and recurring services increase automatically by 7% per annum on renewal.
