Sisense may audit usage once per calendar year and require a Sales Order for excess use

- At Sisense’s discretion, on reasonable advance notice and at most once per calendar year, Sisense may review and audit compliance; if usage exceeds the Sales Order limits Sisense may work with the Customer to reduce it, failing which the Customer must sign a Sales Order for the excess and/or pay an invoice for it under the payment terms.
