On expiry or termination, stop use, destroy Software and certify destruction in writing

- When a Subscription Term expires or an Order is terminated, the right to use the affected Offering ends automatically. The customer must stop using it, remove and destroy the Software and related Siemens Confidential Information, and certify the removal and destruction to Siemens in writing.
