- Framework Customer Agreement section 7: either party may terminate for uncured material breach after 30 days' notice. If SailPoint terminates for the customer's uncured breach all unpaid fees under all Orders become immediately due, and a terminated Order does not relieve the customer of fees for the full Order term except where the customer terminates for SailPoint's breach.
