- Framework Customer Agreement section 13.3: SailPoint may verify use against current use rights under all active Orders. Software verification requests are made no more than once per calendar year. For SaaS Services SailPoint actively monitors usage against entitlement, and a customer that exceeds its rights pays the fees needed to meet actual usage within sixty days of written notice.
