- Customers may store Inactive Identities in addition to Active Identities, up to thirty percent of the combined total of licensed Identities and Lite Identities. An identity is Inactive when its Identity State is inactive in Identity Security Cloud or IdentityIQ or its profile is archived in Non-Employee Risk Management. (effective 2026-08-04)
