- SCSA §1.12.2 (Rev. April 2026): the customer may terminate on 60 days’ written notice by destroying all copies or ceasing Cloud Services use, but unless the Order Form says otherwise all fees paid are non-refundable and subscription fees remain due through the remainder of the subscription term. Fees are otherwise non-refundable and non-cancellable (§1.13).
