- MSSA Schedule B §2(ii)-(iii): the customer may not resell, rent, lease, sublicense or distribute the Software or Rapid7 Data or access to it, including use for timesharing or service bureau purposes, and may not combine Rapid7 Data with its own offerings to sell to a third party. A service provider that wants to operate Rapid7 software for its clients needs separate partner terms (see the PACT programme).
