- SLM Licensing Basis (Eng. rev. May 2026): Servigistics Service Parts Management is licensed either by PMI (US$1 million blocks of inventory value) or by PXL (part numbers times locations), fixed as a Baseline Value when the software is first implemented. If the measure falls below the Baseline Value it must still be licensed; any excess above it must be licensed; acquired businesses trigger a good-faith increase of the Baseline Value. Service Parts Pricing is licensed per US$1 million of annual service parts revenue.
