- Kepware Licensing Basis (Eng. rev. December 2025): all Kepware products, including Kepware Server and Kepware Edge, are licensed on the Designated Computer basis. They ship to the location on the Order or Quote, but may be installed and used at any Customer Site worldwide, notwithstanding the Designated Country restriction in the License Agreement, subject to export law; the Customer bears taxes and duties for use outside the install location.
