- Creo Schematics 13.0 Installation and Administration Guide (retrieved 2026-10-01): an inactive license client loses its license to the server after the inactivity timeout (TIMEOUTALL), 120 minutes by default for Creo applications; activity is measured as active menu selections. The value is set in ptc.opt; the minimum is 20 minutes and removing TIMEOUTALL makes it infinite. A license refresh occurs every minute.
