- Creo Schematics 13.0 Installation and Administration Guide (retrieved 2026-10-01): the borrowing period is set with the LM_BORROW_DURATION environment variable, at most 29 days for a desktop perpetual license and at most 179 days for a desktop subscription license. The borrowed license must be used on the same computer by the same user. Borrowing requires the BORROW keyword on the feature line, FlexNet Publisher 10.8.x or later and a License Pack of version 33 or later. These are technical limits; the Customer Agreement location and check-out rule still applies.
