- Codebeamer, Pure Variants and SSE Licensing Basis (May 2026): without Codebeamer API Access Enablement, the Customer may not use the Codebeamer API, directly or through any application, to extract data for training, fine-tuning or creating an AI model or building a data source such as RAG. The Enablement license is tiered by Codebeamer user count (each RU counts as one user, each CU as six; collaboration licenses excluded), and every user of a Connected Tool or data source built with it needs a Codebeamer license.
