- Auto-Flex Policy s.2.4: admins may adjust a period's Auto-Flex Usage before its billing date, but not after. Billing documentation adds that seats already billed in an earlier cycle cannot be removed until renewal, and removing a member does not reduce paid seats unless the member was added in the current cycle.
