- Technical Support Policies (17 August 2026), section 2: all licenses in a license set must be supported under the same service level (Software Update License & Support, or unsupported). A subset of a license set cannot be supported; the set must be reduced by terminating the unsupported licenses, documented by a termination letter. Extended Support requires Software Update License & Support on the entire license set and must be bought for all licenses of a version release if bought for any.
