- Data Protection ALA (5200-1998): the Starter Pack holds the initial Cell Manager licence and is obligatory for feature-based licensing. A Cell Manager running in a cluster with one virtual IP needs only one Starter Pack; in a virtual machine environment one Starter Pack is required for each Cell Manager installation identified by its IP address.
