- Services Agreement s.2.3 (effective 2026-01-01): OpenAI may update the Services periodically. If an update materially reduces functionality, OpenAI notifies the Account email address and the customer may, within five business days of the notice, terminate the Agreement on thirty days written notice. The right does not apply to updates to beta or evaluation features.
