- Deprecations page: a model or endpoint becomes deprecated immediately on announcement and always has a shutdown date, after which it is no longer accessible ("sunset" and "shut down" are used interchangeably). "Legacy" marks models and endpoints that no longer receive updates and can be expected to be deprecated later. In some cases dedicated capacity may be provisioned for continued access after shutdown, through sales.
