- Netskope aims to give 3 months notice before a cloud service's End of Availability; End of Life follows 12 months after the EOA announcement. Existing subscribers may renew or add users or capacity until EOL, and subscriptions running past EOL get an upgrade path, a replacement or support to the end of term. Client software releases get limited support for 6 months after EOA until End of Support.
