- SSA s.5.1: fees are committed for the Subscription Period and non-refundable (except termination for cause); Netskope gives no credits or refunds for unused Subscription Units or reduced usage. Customer termination without cause also triggers payment of remaining committed multi-year fees (s.11.5).
