- Monthly subscriptions must be cancelled at least four days and annual subscriptions at least thirty days before the renewal date; charges already processed are non-refundable. New annual subscription customers can get a refund up to 30 days after purchase; monthly subscriptions and annual renewals are not refundable. After expiry the software stops working and files can be opened with the Vectorworks File Viewer.
