- EULA s.6.1.4: the licence terminates if Graphisoft discontinues the Software or the services needed to activate it (End-of-Life); Graphisoft posts dates at least 365 days before the End-of-Life date. Subscriptions may be discontinued on 180 days' notice, with a pro-rata refund if the customer reasonably rejects the alternative (Part B s.11.7).
