- Additional Product Terms s.6: Third-Party Technologies, such as third-party models, are not Mistral AI Products, are provided as is under their own licences, and Mistral AI has no obligation to indemnify the customer against third-party claims about them, including intellectual property infringement claims. Mistral AI assigns to the customer any rights it has in Output generated with them.
