- When Mistral AI Products run on the customer’s infrastructure and were bought through a Reseller, Mistral AI may, at its own expense and with 30 business days’ notice, audit up to once a year during the term and for one year after, through a third-party auditor it selects. Unauthorized use can be charged through the Reseller or lead to required destruction of copies, and the customer bears the audit costs if the findings show a breach.
