- Using Mistral AI Products on infrastructure the customer owns or controls, such as private servers or a private cloud, must be expressly authorized by Mistral AI in an Order Form. That use is governed by the Commercial Terms, the Order Form and the Additional Terms for Customer Infrastructure.
