- Meta Model API Terms of Service (last updated 2026-09-18) Section 13.2: Meta may offer non-invoiced billing (charged at a usage limit or due date), pre-payment (non-refundable except where required by law) or invoice billing with a maximum spending limit. If payment fails or is past due, Meta may immediately suspend use of the Services; past due amounts accrue interest at 1% per month or the lawful maximum. Section 13.1: Meta may update the Services Fees by updating the service rates.
