- Meta Model API Terms of Service (last updated 2026-09-18) Section 10.1(ix): the Services or Outputs may not be used to train, fine-tune, distill or otherwise improve or create an AI or machine learning model or product that competes with Meta's models or services, without Meta's prior written authorization. Use solely for evaluation, benchmarking or quality assessment of the customer's own systems is not a prohibited use.
