- Meta Model API Terms of Service (last updated 2026-09-18) Section 10.1(i): no access or use on behalf of a third party, and no resale or standalone access through any model aggregator, API gateway, proxy or similar offering, except as expressly authorized by Meta in writing. End Users may interface with the models through the customer's Integrated Products. API keys may not be shared, sold or transferred (Section 3.1).
